A good fit when

A Diagnose review for businesses considering AI where information, access and control matter.

01 / How we work

Three questions before you invest.

  1. 01

    Opportunity

Where could it improve your team’s work?

  2. 02

    Control

What information and decisions must stay protected?

  3. 03

    Decision

Improve the process, use existing software, explore a pilot—or stop.

02 / What you leave with

Something you can act on.

Prioritised opportunities, value and cost ranges, material risks and a practical 90-day outline.

03 / Scope & investment

Clear before we start.

Controls we examine

Information

  • What data is involved, who can access it and where it may be processed.
  • Control of storage, identity, permissions, model use, logs and deployment.

Accountability

  • Human approvals and the evidence you need to retain.
  • Requirements from your policies and qualified advisers.
Scope, timing and payment

  • One systems landscape; a sample-based review of information and control needs.
  • Four to six hours of independent specialist diagnostic input. Formal technical, security or regulatory assurance is separate.

Timing and payment

  • Normally three weeks of work; allow up to one extra week for access and scheduling.
  • US$7,500–US$12,000 before tax; final scope follows qualification.
  • 50% at booking; 50% on agreed outputs, including the decision meeting.
