A good fit when

Bring an agreed initiative and suitable discovery. It can come from Diagnose or work you already have.

  4. 04

    How you will know

Illustrative Design output

A plan the team can use.

Example: the agreed search and permissions project.

Client operations
Name the information owners and agree who can access what.
Selected supplier
Configure the system. Pass the agreed permission tests.
Client delivery owner
Run the team trial and accept the handover.
Budget
Get supplier quotes. Include implementation, licences, team time, any assurance and a contingency. Record assumptions and approval limits.
Supplier choice
Compare up to three against requirements, access controls, support, total cost and exit arrangements. The sponsor approves.
Hypothetical example. No client data, achieved result or implementation quote.
03 / Scope & investment

Clear before we start.

InvestmentUS$8,000–US$15,000

What we’ll plan

What we need to start

Bring

  • One agreed initiative, backed by Diagnose or suitable existing discovery.
  • Your sponsor, delivery team and the people who will use the result.

We agree

  • Constraints, requirements and ownership, with Rupert leading.
  • Any unresolved core decision before detailed planning. The original recommendation is not charged for again.

Scope choices

Payment

  • 40% at booking.
  • 40% at the agreed planning milestone.
  • 20% on the agreed handover outputs.
