- Two 60-minute working calls.
- Review of one substantial paper, up to 15 pages.
- Up to four concise decision questions between calls.
- Replies within two business days during agreed working weeks.
Term and boundaries
The agreement
- Three months initially, then monthly with 30 days’ notice.
- Unused allowance does not roll over. Substantial new questions are scoped and priced separately.
Not included
- Emergency access, daily management, implementation or routine supplier direction.
- Project oversight belongs in Direct. We never bill both for the same project work; broader advice needs a separate scope.
